FAQ

WHAT DOES YOUR COMPANY DO?

Briefly, we are wastewater treatment process specialists. Our plant evaluations provide us with information that will lead to more efficient operations that produce a high quality effluent while minimizing sludge production.  We are able to accomplish these objectives by modifying plant processes as needed and using plant specific bacterial and nutrient blends.

ARE THERE OTHER AREAS THAT THE COMPANY CAN ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEMS AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT?

Yes.  We feel that we have the best odor and grease control products on the market.  Our odor product will control hydrogen sulfide. It is the most dangerous and noxious by-product produced in collection systems.  It will also control mercaptans, selenides, and organic acids. Our experience also includes understanding of nitrification and denitrification processes. We design, build, and install custom aeration systems for ponds and tanks.

DO YOU CONDUCT PILOT STUDIES?

Our pilot studies are usually three to six months projects and are conducted at the expense of the OWNER.  After a successful project, we will continue the program at the request of the OWNER.

HOW MUCH COST IS INVOLVED IN GETTING AN ODOR CONTROL PROJECT STARTED?

If we conduct the project by providing full service, we supply everything needed to get started.  There are no startup costs, equipment, or chemicals to purchase.  The OWNER simply pays us a monthly service charge and we will take care of everything including monthly servicing.  We do need clean water and 110VAC power.

WHEN WILL A REDUCTION IN ODOR BE REALIZED?

Most OWNERS begin to notice a significant reduction in hydrogen sulfide in 24 – 48 hours.

WHAT GEOGRAPHICAL AREA DO YOU COVER?

While we generally service customers within a few hours drive, under the right circumstances we will service OWNERS in any location.  We can sell products all over the world.  In the United States, we are exclusive distributors for the odor/grease control products in the Midwest, Northeast, and South Regions as defined by and according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
